Well, we have only one more night in our old house! We close on the new house tomorrow at 11:00a.m., and we are so excited!! We spent the weekend packing and getting all the last minute things done...and by we I mean Rachel and Kori, and I-Chad isn't much on packing. But that's okay, he'll get his fair share when it comes time to carry all of the extremely heavy boxes and furniture!!!!
Tonight's big project is to finish painting the inside of all of the kitchen cabinets so that we can put things away in them when we move. They were that incredibly dated and ugly orange color, and looked very dirty and dark (not to mention the orange, lime green, and yellow flower shelf paper that I had to use my blowdryer to remove!) SO we are painting them a fresh and bright cream color to brighten them up and it looks SOOO much better!
We also had my nephew Cutter's birthday party this weekend, he is now officially "the Terrible Two!" We had a fun party with a very fun Cow Cake, and then we all went to the fair and hung out for a while.
So, as soon as I get off work today, I must hit the ground running and get the new house ready to move into in 24 hours time!!! BUSY, BUSY, BUSY!!!!!
