Well, I subbed for the first time today. I got the call about 9:30 last night from the subfinder (automated calling line). I was surprised as they asked me to sub for Mrs. Keesee...okay I thought...odd...but okay. So I set off early this morning to teach elementary PE! The staff and the kids all thought it was funny that I had the same name as the woman I was filling in for. (considering it's not the most common name!) But I had an exhausting and fun-filled day, and really enjoyed working with kids. It made me realize how much I really want my own classroom. But God has a bigger plan, and my chance will come. (hopefully!)
Other than that we have a new offer pending on our house, we enter our 10 day option period tomorrow, so we'll see if this one pans out!! Please pray that it does, and the stress of 2 house payments can be lifted!!! Not to mention then we can have our furniture!!!
Other than that we are just working away on our new house! Pray for patience for Chad and I, the workload at the new house seems endless, and sometimes, it tries both of our patience and tempers. I seem to think that we must dive in head first and work every single day without rest, which isn't really the case, sometimes we need to take a break and make time for us.
Anyway, enough rambling, prayers for our new house, and I will keep you updated!!!
