Such a BIG Boy!!!

I think that I have said this before on here, but I'm sure throughout your lifetime little one- you will hear Mommy repeat herself many, many times!! I get really irritated when all people can say about you is how big you are!! All people focus in on is that you are really big for your age, they ask questions like "what are you feeding him?" or "how much are you feeding him?". It really makes my momma bear claws come out! You are absolutely perfect little one, and those are the exact words I want to scream at everyone! Every baby is different, and since Daddy and I don't have any other babies to compare you to, we don't even see you as big!! You are perfect to us just the way you are. You are just so precious to us, and sometimes it just feels like people can't get past your size!! So Payton, I hope that you never forget how truly special and treasured you are. Mommy and Daddy will love you till the ends of our days, when you are bigger, stronger, and taller than the both of us!!

Here you are trying out your walker for the first time, you hold your head up really well in it and can sit in it for a minute or two before your neck gets tired and you start drooling all over it! :) :

Your little tipey-toes can just barely touch the ground. You can tell what a big boy you feel like when you are sitting in it:

You also look like such a big boy when mommy gets you all dressed up. You are gonna steal some sweet girl's heart one day- just the way you steal Mommy's heart now!

So when I say you are getting "big" sweet boy, I am simply marveling at how much you grow and mature from day to day. The little personality that is developing in front of our eyes is so very sweet. And, although I am treasuring every day that you are little, I am also looking forward to seeing the little guy that you are going to grow up and be!!!
