3 Months Have Flown By!!

Little one, I can't believe that you are already 3 MONTHS old!!! You are a quarter of a year!!! You have changed so much this past month. You have started being awake more and more during the day, some days you don't take a nap at all- you just pass out early in the evening!!! You are showing us more and more that you want to sit up and see the world around you. You are not a fan of the Bumbo- you'll sit in it for maybe a minute. But we tried your walker out for the first time, and you did GREAT!!! You of course can't move anywhere in it yet, but it works great for getting you upright. You really like to press all the buttons and make music, and it's cute to see your little tippy-toes touching the ground! You are still working hard on your tummy time, and getting better and better every day! You have almost rolled over a few times, but haven't made it quite yet!

You are still smiling and cooing up a storm with a few giggles mixed in. You recognize both Mommy and Daddy and your sweet little eyes follow us all over the room. You still don't fuss much, only when you are sleepy or hungry. We are still swaddling your arms when you sleep, because you try to claw at your face to stay awake. You go to sleep around 10 every night and wake up at 5ish for a feeding and then back to sleep until around 8. You are also still eating 6 oz at each feeding. All your other stats are the same as they were at your Dr.'s appt that we just went to a few days ago. Here are a few shots of you on your 3month b-day.

You LOVE riding in your stroller without your car seat! You love to look around and not be all squished and hot!:

And here you are trying out the cart at Sams! You look like such a big boy in this picture!! Won't be long till you will be riding there for real!!:

Other than that things are about to change around here. You start daycare at St. James on Monday when Mommy has to go back to school for workdays. I hope that it is more stressful on me than it is on you! I have been having near-anxiety attacks for weeks over it!! We did go and meet the people there and they are really nice, so we know you will be in good hands. We are also about to move you from the pack-n-play in our room to your crib. I really think you'll do great- the only thing that concerns me is that your crib doesn't vibrate!! I can sometimes buy extra hours of sleep by getting up and hitting the vibrate button on your pack-n-play- but there's no way to do that in your crib! So little one- here's to 3 months! I can't wait to see what the coming month brings, and how you react (and mommy reacts) to the coming changes. We love you sweetheart!!!
