First Day at Daycare

Well, the day finally came. It was time to go back to work and time for you to go to daycare. I had panicked about this day for weeks, and didn't sleep much the night before. But I reminded myself that my job is important. I worked very hard to earn my degree, and I get the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of so many kids. I knew that you were in good hands and that I would be rushing to pick you up just as soon as I could. As much as I would love to be a stay at home mom, I know that I need to contribute to our family as much as possible, and use the degree that I earned (and will be paying off for years to come :) ) It will be nice one day when you are in elementary school and can go to school where Mommy teaches. It will be fun to take you with me every day, and have you come hang out in my room after school!!

Here you are all smiles for your first day:Such a well-dressed and handsome little man:

Here we are, I love snuggle time in the morning!!:

You ended up having a great first day at daycare, they all think you are adorable. When I picked you up the first day, she told me that she couldn't look at you while she fed you because you would smile at her and milk would go everywhere!!! You are such a loveable, happy, and easy-going baby. You always share your smiles with everyone, and are happy to let people love on you. As much as Daddy and I love our snuggle time, we are happy to have a well-adjusted baby who doesn't cry every time some one else picks them up. You are precious, and we are so proud of our sweet little man!
