If it wasn't for family I'd go crazy!!!

Well, this is going to have to be a quick one! I had to share some very cute photos I snapped of Cutter this weekend. I unexpectedly showed up to visit Rachel and the kids late Saturday evening and managed to get Cutter and Rylee all riled up right before their bedtime which was lots of fun for me, but not so much I'm sure for Rachel! Sorry! Cutter is quite the turkey and is stubborn as all get out. If you ask him to do something (like smile for a picture) he's quick to say no. So I pulled a trick out of Justin's book and specifically told him NOT to smile.

Me: "Cutter, do NOT smile, absolutely NO smiling" DON'T do it!

Cutter: Huge grin from ear to ear (followed by a quick photo before he changes his mind!)

Me: "Cutter, DO NOT put your guns up" (we were taking a picture for Walker who attends Texas Tech)

Cutter: "OKAY!" ( as he runs over and poses for the photo opp!)

To be honest, one of my biggest fears when Chad and I do decide it's time for kids is not to have a girl, but when I'm around Cutter, I think that I could put up with a boy just fine! Don't get me wrong, he is an absolute TURKEY, but he is adorable and he is a complete Momma's boy! Cutter is always sure to make me laugh, and I am almost always at the other end of some wonderful hugs and kisses! Here's the picture of Cutter with his "guns up"
And here is one I snapped that I'm certain my brother-in-law will be THRILLED that I posted..Love you Justin :)!!!!!

Other than that the kitchen cabinets are ALMOST DONE!!!! My mom came over last night to help me paint the last of the doors, and I will hang them after work this evening. Now if only the granite people would call and we could get that set up! of course, after new wall paint, backsplash, cabinet colors, and a new countertop, we're gonna need new floors! The cycle never ends!!!! You upgrade or update one thing and although it looks great, it also usually makes you notice something else that needs work too. (kind of like if you give a mouse a cookie huh?)

We are also looking forward to Ryan's birthday and to Mother's Day this weekend, and visiting everyone. Rachael and I planned a Mother's Day brunch yesterday in about 3 minutes, it will be the first time we have ever done a brunch, so it should be FUN!!! Ayway, off to teach my next class, love to all!!!
