We are so close to officially coming to an agreement with the new house that it's scary! We asked them to fix a few things...okay a decent-sized list of things.. and they countered to say they's offer a specific amount of money-so we counter-offered a little more and they met us in the middle and said that was it. So now we are scrambling to find a plumber who can go and make sure that some of the things that we asked them to fix aren't MAJOR problems.
So basically on a Friday afternoon, we need a plumber who can drop everything and go look at our house...and not charge us an arm and a leg...is that too much to ask?
This is one of those moments I mentioned before, I am terrified that if we don't react fast enought that we could either make a dumb decision and accept the offer even though we really don't know how big of an ordeal the plumbing issues are, or that we could lose the house.
I had no idea this would all be so hard!!!
