Well, it has been a CRAZY week, so thank goodness it is FRIDAY!!! The biggest news is that yesterday- I GOT A NEW JOB! Before everyone gets all excited....it is NOT a teaching job....
I got hired as a Billing Analyst at Sears Methodist here in town. It is better pay and has insurance, paid holidays, and sick leave. All things that my current job does not have. I have loved my TORO job, but it is time to move into the adult world, so off I go!
I am excited about being able to help out more, and by the fact that when Christmas rolls around I will have some paid vacation time!!! Oh, and that I will be making more money that I can put towards stuff for our new house!
House plans are still on track for closing on the 8th, and the people buying our house are having it inspected this afternoon, so cross your fingers ( I know I am!) that everything goes smoothly and that they still want to buy our house!
Anyway, more updates later on, I just wanted to share the joy of my new job!
