Well, we just met with our realtor and created the list of things that we would like the relocation company that currently owns the property to fix or give us an allowance to fix upon closing. They have until midnight on Monday to resolve everything, so now we are in a waiting game...again!
I know that buying a house is NEVER easy, but I had no idea that buying a house would be such an emotional thing. You switch from excited to scared over and over again. There's that constant fear that the house that you want and have been planning for, the potential house of our dreams can be gone just like that. Something could go wrong and we might not be able to agree with the owners and we'd just have to walk away, and start the dreaded hunt all over again. Who knew that you could grow so attached to a house we haven't even spent an entire day in.
I hope upon hope that everything goes smoothly and that we are still on schedule to close on the 15th. Say a little prayer, I know we will be!
