Payton's First Christmas Trees!

I was SO excited to get to decorate for Christmas this year, but I will admit- it was MUCH harder to find time to do it!!! We put up our usual elegant silver and white tree in the living room, with a single strand of red, wooden beads going around it. Payton was really interested in what we were doing, he LOVED all the twinkling lights!!


Daddy let him get up close and check them out! So precious!

And of course, I couldn't way to find Payton the perfect ornaments for his tree. I wanted to find things that were okay for him to pull off and play with. I was at Kohls (surprise, surprise) and as soon as I saw these I knew they were exactly what I wanted!!












I loved that they were soft, colorful, and wouldn't break if he chews on them or throws them down. So I got a few of each and used a sock monkey he already had for the topper! I also found some glittery snow flakes and small bright colored balls at Target. Here's our little man's first tree!! :


Payton didn't help with putting up his tree, but he did enjoy taking it down!!! Here are a few cute pictures of my little helper!!
