We were so excited to find out whether Payton would have a little brother or a little sister. We scheduled a special sonogram at 16 weeks to find out early because we (ok-just me) are so impatient. The tech asked if we had a feeling about what it might be, I told her that Payton had been saying it was a sister from day one. As soon as those words came out of my mouth I saw the picture below...
Definitely ALL BOY!!! We are so blessed to be welcoming a second sweet little boy into our family. It will be fun to have the boys be about 2 1/2 years apart, I know they will have a blast playing together. The tech was so sweet and printed Payton his own official Big Brother picture to have all to himself.
He was SO proud of it and wouldn't let go!
We had intended on keeping the gender to ourself for a while, but we (I) couldn't stand the excitement and immediately got busy calling and visiting family to share our happy news. We also began discussing names and came up with Cason Parker. Cason Parker Keesee.
We can't wait to watch our sweet boys grow up together, we know Payton will be such a sweet big brother. Payton says "I'm the best big brother in the whole wide world" and we know he will be. Cason has such a smart and loving big brother already!
