And speaking of bedding-Chad's parents bought Payton's bedding and it came in Friday as well!!! So a BIG thank you to Gran and Papa!!! I can't wait to see it on the bed and get some pictures posted!! It's all coming together!! I am waiting to put the bedding on until the tiling is finished. Payton's bathroom is right across the hallway from his bedroom, so I was afraid of the dust and mess from tiling getting on all his sweet little things!
Chad and Dad worked all day Saturday putting up the cement backerboard in the tub and taping and bedding it, and laying the tile floor. It's looking good so far!! Here they are hard at work:

SOOOO much better than the old laminate!! I can't wait to see the shower tile in place!! It will be a great and CLEAN place to give Payton all his baths! While Chad and Dad worked on Saturday I headed to Albany to sew with mom. I decided that rather than spend a FORTUNE on some of the cutsie baby things that you can find, I would attempt to make some of them myself!! ...or rather ask my amazingly talented mom to make them while I assist her... Here's one of the burp cloths we made on Saturday that I am going to have monogramed and then Grammy found the perfect frog to match! It's like they were made to go together!!!
We also went to Breckenridge to a fun fabric shop they have there and picked out some fun bright and retro fabric for ANOTHER quilt for Payton!! Grammy is going to be a busy girl!! I am hoping to get to Albany and help her as much as possible. Quilts are such a special thing, and I really need to learn the trade. I can't wait to see them come together, and have my hand at sewing parts of them even. My mom is an extremely talented woman, and Payton and I are VERY blessed to have her!! All her special hand-made touches are really going to make his room special!
In other news, we are going in for our 3-D sonogram tomorrow, and are VERY excited!!! Seeing his sweet little face in 3-D is going to make it so much more real!!! The days are really flying by, and I am getting more and more anxious as each one passes!! So sonogram pictures coming soon!!
