A New Bathroom for Payton!!

Well, Daddy got busy Wednesday night and started tearing out the shower in what will be your bathroom little one! We had talked about doing this project since we bought the house, because there was a caved in area around where you turn the water on which didn't look safe! Not to mention we weren't sure over the years how much water had gotten behind there and how much MOLD might be growing!! So since you will be taking all your baths in that tub, we thought we'd better get busy to make it as safe as possible!!! So my dad, who will be your Pop Terry, is coming over to help Daddy all day Saturday!

So Mommy's plan for Saturday is to get outta the way!!! I am going to Albany to sew things for you! Or should I say assist Grammy in sewing things for you!!!! She got all the fabric in for a beautiful quilt she is making you, and I am VERY excited to see the finished result!!! Quilts are a very special thing in our family. Something that we can treasure and pass down. You are very lucky to have a Grammy who loves you so much, and I am very lucky to have such an amazingly talented mom!!! So, more pics to come next week of a brand new tub!!! ...and of course you can't have beautiful tile in the shower without having a floor to match right?... :)
